It isn’t enough to just total up your income and make a list of your expenses for the year when it comes time to pay your annual taxes. We want you to be able to feel empowered by knowing what is going on financially within your business throughout the entire year. We want you to feel confident and at peace knowing that your bookkeeping is getting done timely, accurately, and in a way that is useful to your specific business, which is why we focus on full-service bookkeeping.

I’ll have you fill out this form to see if we would be a good fit for each other (every great relationship starts with getting to know one another). We’ll then proceed to a video call where I can get to know your needs, business, and current bookkeeping situation in more detail. Side note: there is no perfect way to show up - you just need to make that first step! When we agree to work together, we will schedule an onboarding video call to get you set up and we will take over from there.

We encourage open communication so that we are all on the same page as we take over your books. We are always available to answer any questions you may have, however you might find that they have already been answered in our FAQ Page or Client Resource Hub (which you will have access to when you sign on as our client).

By the 15th of every month, you can expect to receive your financial statements delivered to your inbox. We know that not everyone enjoys the financial side of their business, so we pull out all the important information and highlight it in our email to you (however, we always recommend taking a peek at your statements). If you don’t know where to begin with financial statements, we can set up a complementary call to go over your first month’s statements.

Bookkeeping is the backbone to your business, and we would love nothing more than to be that support on your entrepreneurial journey so that you can focus on your favorite parts of your business. Down the line, you’ll be thinking “why didn’t I do this sooner?”
